ABOUT CAOMS: The Canadian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (CAOMS) is a non-profit organization serving the needs of hundreds of oral and maxillofacial surgeons across Canada. CAOMS is designed to support the ongoing requirements of its members and ensure that they are able to maintain excellence in their area of specialty. CAOMS helps its members to stay connected and remain on the leading edge of their specialty through continuing education and regular meetings, as well as supporting ongoing research and representing and advocating for the needs of this profession to various interest groups to further advance the profession.

Photographs taken at the CAOMS 69th Annual Conference will be utilized in future promotional material that may include print, electronic, or other media including the CAOMS website. By participating at the CAOMS 69th Annual Conference, you grant CAOMS the right to use your profile captured photographically for such purposes.

The priority of CAOMS is to create a safe environment at the conference. All aspects of the conference will be conducted following local public health guidelines in place at the time of the conference.

CAOMS has secured a limited number of hotel rooms for our group at a special rate of $319 for a Standard Room (per room, per night, single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes and fees). Special group rates for other room categories are also available. Our group rates will be available until Monday, May 18, 2026, or until our group block is sold out, whichever comes first. After that point, any new reservation will be subject to availability at the daily rate applicable at the time of reservation.
Individuals are responsible for their own hotel reservations and their own room, taxes, and incidental charges. All charges must be paid upon checkout.
Check-in time is 16:00; checkout time is 11:00.
Note: The only hotel room block organized for CAOMS is the one listed above. CAOMS does not endorse or recommend booking hotel reservations through any source other than the hotel itself, and no other housing company, travel agent, or third party agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of CAOMS.
All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing, by email to caoms@caoms.com.
Refunds of registration fees, less a $250 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received by Friday, April 17, 2026. No refunds will be issued after this date. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute someone in your place. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
